Requirements for Mentors:
- A minimum five years of project management
experience.
- Must be a member in good standing of the PMI New
Jersey Chapter.
- Must be willing to share ideas, concepts, and
knowledge approximately 2 to 46 hours each month.
Applications will be accepted and processed
within 5 business days. The Mentoring Program Group
reviews the application, and mentees are matched with a
mentor. The course is designed to set expectations, and to
provide the applicant with a contact person within the
Mentoring group. The Mentoring Support team is available
to assist during the engagement.
